NEW YORK — It will be another wet day in the tri-state area, at least for the next few hours.

The National Weather Service issued a Flash Flood Warning for several cities and towns in North Jersey, as well as Brooklyn and Queens.

Parts of Bergen, Hudson and Essex Counties in New Jersey, including Newark and Jersey City, are a part of the warning, which runs through 5:45 p.m.

This comes after the earliest tropical storm to hit New Jersey since the mid-90s hit Friday evening.
