Flatiron, NoMad restaurants expand seating to curbs, streets amid NYC reopening

FLATIRON DISTRICT, Manhattan — New York City's "Open Restaurants" plan is paving the way for the city's restaurants to begin outdoor dining as part of Phase 2 of reopening.

James Mettham, executive director of the Flatiron 23rd Street Partnership, told PIX11's Marysol Castro about the program will have on the 230 restaurants in the Flatiron and NoMad districts.
