HOBOKEN, N.J. — House of 'Que in Hoboken is still serving up authentic Austin-style barbecue during the coronavirus outbreak to feed your BBQ cravings while staying home.
The brainchild of award winning Texas Pitmaster Michael Rodriguez, HOQ dishes up over 4,000 lbs. of in-house smoked chicken, sausage, brisket, pulled pork and ribs weekly.
Rodriguez spoke with PIX11's Dan Mannarino about how the New Jersey eatery is surviving amid the COVID-19 outbreak and what takeout customers can look forward to on the menu.
House of 'Que is located at 340 Sinatra Drive in Hoboken and is open for delivery and takeout from 12 p.m. to 9 p.m.
