Spiritual Guru Iyanla Vanzant walks us through what we need to do to NOT give into the fear.
Vanzant advises everyone to "stay in the moment." People are currently thinking about the worst case scenarios, but just focus on the "now."
She also said that it's OK to be scared or nervous; just don't dwell in the fear.
Vanzant suggests to do activities that help you remain calm, such as coloring or spending time with family who you are home with.
She also wants everyone to think of the mantra: "The fullness of good is right where I am."
Eating and resting are also essential to help build your immune system and have a better mindset.
