How new COVID-19 restrictions on indoor dining impacts NYC businesses

NEW YORK — Under new COVID-19 restrictions, bars and restaurants across New York will be required to close their doors at 10 p.m.

Gov. Andrew Cuomo said this is in effort to help slow down the spread of coronavirus, which continue to rise across the city.

Executive Director of the NYC Hospitality Alliance Andrew Rigie explained how this could impact local owners.
