NEW YORK — Anti-Semitic attacks are on the rise, and some are saying the issue is beyond policing.

Richard Levin from the Jewish Federation and Foundation of Rockland County discussed how the community was doing just days after the stabbing attack at Monsey that injured five people during Hanukkah celebrations.
