JAMAICA, Queens — A motorcyclist was hospitalized after being struck by a vehicle that fled the scene in Queens Monday night, according to police.
Authorities said around 10:45 p.m. the man riding a motorcycle was hit by a vehicle making a left turn near the intersection of Jamaica Avenue and 168th Street in Jamaica.
The driver in the vehicle left the scene, officials said.
According to police, the motorcyclist was taken to a local hospital with non-life-threatening injuries.
There is no description of the vehicle or driver police are looking for.
