Group beats, robs man in Queens: cops

SOUTH RICHMOND HILL, Queens — Police said Friday they are searching for at least seven people who chased, beat and robbed a man in Queens this week.

The 28-year-old man was walking to his car near 125th Street and Liberty Avenue in South Richmond Hill around 5:20 p.m. on Wednesday when the group punched and kicked him in the face and body, NYPD officials said.

The group took his cellphone and Airpods before fleeing south on 125th Street, according to cops.

The victim was treated for minor injuries at NewYork-Presbyterian Queens, police said.
