PATERSON, N.J. — A Paterson man was seriously injured after being struck by a van in a hit-and-run, according to authorities.
Officials said it happened on Saturday, June 27 in Paterson. The man, 39, was struck as he was crossing Totowa Avenue near Marion Street, according to the county prosecutor and police chief.
After striking the man, the driver of the light colored Dodge Caravan fled the scene.
Officials said the minivan is missing its passenger side mirror.
An image of a similar vehicle was released in hopes that it may lead to information about the incident.
