Drivers in New Jersey and around the nation are still seeing prices at the pump decline amid lower demand and an increase in supplies.
AAA Mid-Atlantic says the average price of a gallon of regular gas in New Jersey on Friday was $2.51, down four cents from a week ago.
Drivers were paying $2.32 a gallon a year ago at this time. The national average gas price Friday was $2.44, also down four cents from a week ago.
A year ago, motorists were paying $2.28 a gallon.
