PATH train service both in and out of the 33rd Street Station in Manhattan has been suspended Friday afternoon due to a switch failure.
The failure was first reported by PATH just before 3 p.m.
The two lines that go in and out of the station during weekdays, the 33rd Street to Journal Square in Jersey City line and the 33rd Street to Hoboken line, have been suspended.
PATH is recommending commuters travel to the World Trade Center station to get back to New Jersey instead.
