MIDTOWN, Manhattan — Police are looking for a man they say slashed another man in the face on a subway platform at Pennsylvania Station early Monday.
According to officials, around 2:15 a.m. a man slashed another man's cheek with an unknown sharp object while on the uptown platform of the No. 1 train at the 34th Street-Penn Station stop.
The attacker fled in an unknown direction and no weapon was recovered, police said.
The victim was taken to a nearby hospital with non-life-threatening injuries, authorities said.
