Harlem woman missing since Friday: police

HARLEM, Manhattan — A Harlem woman has been missing since Friday, according to police.

Authorities are looking for 74-year-old Verlene Cheeseboro, who lives on West 137th Street. She was last seen Friday at around 6:40 p.m. inside her residence.

Cheeseboro is described as approximately 5-feet-3-inches, approximately 145 pounds with salt and pepper dreadlocks. She was last seen wearing a black jacket, white shirt, black slacks, pink socks and brown shoes.
