MANHATTAN — Mayor Bill de Blasio delivered his State of the City address at the American Museum of Natural History on Thursday.

The mayor used his annual speech to outline his plan, dubbed the “Blueprint to Save Our City,” to address New Yorkers’ concerns with public safety, education, small business and housing.

De Blasio previewed one of his top priorities on Wednesday with the announcement of a 3-K For All expansion. By the 2020-21 school year, the program will serve about 26,000 children, according to the mayor’s office.
