HARLEM — A number of restaurants are still open for business fulfilling takeout and delivery orders.
One of them is BLVD Bistro. It’s where locals flock to get their fix of mac and cheese, fried chicken and some of the best biscuits you’ll ever sink your teeth in.
BLVD Bistro, located in the heart of Harlem on Fredrick Douglass Boulevard, has been serving up southern hospitality for six years. Like many businesses, it’s doing the most to stay afloat and still open for delivery. Owner and Chef Carlos Swepson says he and his bistro may be down but not out.
“You gotta go sometimes so low get to that other side,” Swepson told PIX11 News. “And in the other side of this it’s going to be spectacular.”
While events at BLVD Bistro may be on hold, the menu is still churning out the classics including pan fried chicken, homemade biscuits and mac & cheese.
BLVD Bistro is open for delivery Tuesday through Sunday till 8 p.m.
