EDENWALD, The Bronx — A man is dead after a stabbing in the Bronx Tuesday night, police said.
The incident took place at about 8:10 p.m., as authorities responded to a 911 call for a 36-year-old man stabbed on Laconia Avenue. Officers discovered the man with multiple stab wounds to his head and torso. EMS took the victim to a local hospital, where he was pronounced dead.
No arrests have been made. The investigation is ongoing. The identification of the deceased is pending proper family notification.
