MURRAY HILL, Manhattan — Nightly clapping for health care heroes in one Manhattan neighborhood is followed by a dance party in the street.

Mathias Jorge works in NYC nightlife and has been using his DJ equipment to play music out his fourth story window at 38th Street and Second Avenue.

While many love the chance to dance and come together as a community as much they can while social distancing, not everyone is happy. Some neighbors are complaining about the noise and groups gathering.

PIX11 photojournalist Darren McQuade has the story.
