NEW YORK — COVID-19 continues to hit the Hispanic community hard.

Combined, a Roman Catholic church in Queens and a Lutheran church in Manhattan lost more than 100 members.

These are communities where there is a lack of access to health care and many are exposed to high-risk jobs.

Regional Bishop of the Metropolitan New York Synod of Evangelical Lutheran Church in America, Reverend Paul Egnsteiner discusses what church members have been experiencing and how the church is staying in touch with the congregation.
