NEW YORK — The weekend’s weather was nice, and people took advantage of it across New York City.

Crowds lined the neighborhoods, including the East Village, sharing drinks and conversations.

The city is still phasing our way out of the COVID-19 pandemic, but what drives this behavior among people?
