CONNECTICUT — Native Americans have been hit hard by the COVID-19 pandemic. The community has been facing disparities similar to the Black and Latino communities during the health crisis.
About 7,000 members of the Navajo Nation have tested positive for the coronavirus, and about 335 have died.
