MANHATTAN– A 63-year-old man was pushed onto Subway tracks by a man he caught urinating in an East Harlem station elevator.
According to the Daily News, Zegnade Yiogo was waiting for an elevator in the 125 street subway station on Saturday night.
When the elevator doors opened he saw Stefon Bowman urinating inside.
Yiogo questioned why he was doing that, and then decided not to take the elevator, the Daily News reported.
Bowman began to follow Yiogo, and then he pushed him onto the tracks. Luckily, two cops nearby witnessed it, and rushed over to help Yiogo.
According to the Daily News, people on the platform started to surround Bowman, and police had to take control of the crowd.
Bowman was arrested, and charged with misdemeanor assault and harassment.
Yiogo suffered a minor hand and wrist injury.
