Man dies after falling from Lower East Side balcony

LOWER EAST SIDE, Manhattan — A man was killed after he fell from a terrace on the Lower East Side Sunday morning.

According to police, the man, 28, slipped from the balcony railing he was sitting on, falling two stories at 38 Delancey St., around 2:30 a.m.

The victim, who has not been identified at this time, fell from the sixth floor and landed on a fourth floor balcony. He was pronounced dead at the scene.

Police to not suspect any criminality.
