PHILADELPHIA (PIX11) — A dozen people were injured, two critically, when a propane tank inside a food truck exploded on a crowded Philadelphia street Tuesday.
According to NBC Philadelphia, the La Parrillada burst into flames at about 5:30 p.m. in the Feltonville section of the city.
Witnesses told the station they thought a bomb went off or something fell over.
“The sounds of the screams…I’ll never forget that,” Shaquille Glover, who lives near the explosion, said.
A 27-year-old woman and a 14-year-old girl suffered second- to third-degree burns are in critical condition.
