NEW YORK (AP) — Police are on the hunt for a man they say slashed five men in the face in the Bronx.
They say the attacks happened Saturday between 7 a.m. and noon as four victims were standing in line at a methadone clinic in the borough’s Mott Haven section.
Another man was slashed about nine blocks away near Oak Terrace and Crimmins Avenue.
They say the suspect may have been angry over missing or stolen property.
The victims, ranging in age from 23 to 50, took themselves to Lincoln Hospital.
Police say the suspect is in his 20s, about 5-foot-7, thin, with a Mohawk haircut. They say he was last seen wearing a green hooded sweatshirt and camouflage pants.
People with information should call 1-800-577-TIPS (8477).
