Ex Tiffany exec accused of stealing over a million dollars’ worth of jewelry from luxury brand

A former executive at Tiffany & Co. on Fifth Avenue is accused of stealing $1.3 million worth of jewelry from the luxury brand.

According to the FBI, Ingrid Lederhaas-Okun checked out 164 items from the store and then resold them to an unidentified dealer.

The FBI says she claimed the stolen jewelry were her own personal items.

If convicted, she can face up to 20 years in prison.
