Garbage piles up in upper Manhattan after parking rules suspended

(PIX11) — Alternate side parking has become less stressful for many, but some residents are paying by having more garbage on the roads.

With suspended street cleaning back in May, Washington Heights and Inwood have seen a drastic change in their town.

The neighborhood’s high cleanliness rating was the reason for the suspended street cleaning in the first place.
