Philly crane operator charged with manslaughter in deadly building collapse

A crane operator has been charged with manslaughter in that deadly building collapse in Philadelphia.

According to reports, 42-year-old Sean Benschop tested positive for marijuana.

He also admitted to taking codeine and prescription drugs before the accident.

Part of the building being torn down fell onto a Salvation Army thrift store.

Six people were killed and more than a dozen were hurt.
