A sick young girl has a better chance at survival because of a judge’s decision.

Ten-year-old Sarah Murnaghan of Pennsylvania has Cystic fibrosis and could possibly die within weeks if she doesn’t get a lung transplant. She’s been on the children’s donor list for 18 months. But because she’s under 12, she was not eligible to be on the adult list until now. A judge issued a temporary restraining order because her disease is in its advanced stages.

Because Sarah is so sick, she’ll likely go to the top of the adult list.
