An anti-obesity campaign is raising eyebrows.

The ad shows photoshopped images of young kids drinking from a bag of sugar and makes them appear bigger than they normally are.

The campaign ad is for “First Five” — a government funded healthy kids program.

A spokesperson for the group says it’s intended to show parents the real-life consequences of obesity and what sugar can do to our children’s lives.
