He was able to spell the soup without ever trying it — so Monday he went to the famous Carnegie Deli to get a taste of victory.

The National Spelling Bee champ and New York native has come home to Queens, fresh off the victory.

13-year-old Arvind Mahankali won the contest when he was able to spell the word “knaidel.”

So what is a teenager to do after he wins $30 thousand?

Have some free knaidel, of course!

The young winner is actually a vegetarian so the deli had to make a special batch of the soup just for him.
