OKLAHOMA, (PIX11)– For the second time in less than two weeks more tornadoes hit central Oklahoma.
This time at least nine people are dead, including a mother and child.
More than 50 people have been injured from the storm that packed strong punches of rain and hail.
As well as floodwater’s four feet tall and still rising.
Cameras were rolling when a weather channel reporter got caught in the middle.
The mayor of El Reno says the police and emergency crews are overwhelmed by the timing but are going a good job, “we are a team and they are doing a great job.’
We all remember seeing these images of the massive twister that tore through Moore Oklahoma, leaving two dozen dead in minutes. And just when people who live here are trying to cope with this disaster another hit, another thrust into a harsh reality.
Even storm chasers, the people who are looking for all the action, wanted to turn around but their car got stuck.
