Beyoncé’s body appears to have been too bootylicious for H&M.
The 31-year-old superstar was reportedly none too pleased to find out the retail giant slimmed her figure in some photos for their Summer 2013 campaign, toning down her famous curves.
A source told The Sun, “When Beyonce found out they had edited the way her body really looked, she hit the roof.”
Beyoncé — who is currently on her “Mr. and Mrs. Carter World Tour” — demanded the photos of her real hour-glass figure be restored.
“She’s a true diva and was furious that she had been given such a snubbing. Her people refused to give the pictures the green light so H&M were forced to use the originals,” the source told The Sun.
The songstress has yet to comment on the photoshop fiasco, but H&M released a statement to The Huffington Post stating: “Beyoncé was our first choice for this campaign and we were delighted when she said yes. Our purpose has always been to portray Beyoncé as the strong and beautiful woman she is. It has been a good working process and a close cooperation. Both parties are happy with the images.”
