QUEENS (PIX11) — Cops have launched an all out search for a stolen Toyota belonging to an FBI agent, and to make matters worse, the car has a powerful assault style rifle in the trunk along with the agents bullet proof vest.

The car is described as a grey 2011 Toyota Camry. The off-duty FBI agent noticed it missing from his home in Ozone Park Tuesday night around 8 o’clock.

He is reportedly the same agent who shot a man who was trying to steal a different car at the same location last July. In that incident the agent spotted a guy trying to steal his red Lexus from his bedroom window and fired one shot hitting the man in the back.

Charges against the wounded man and 2 others were eventually dropped. The agent was not charged.

In this incident the Camry had an M-4 assault rifle in the trunk along with the agents bullet proof vest. The car has New York license plate  FXF-1882. The search for the car and gun is continuing around Kennedy airport and across the city.
