Boosting Fertility: Little things that can make a big difference

The first attempt at conception isn’t always a slam dunk. According to the American Congress of Obstetricians and Gynecologists (ACOG),  a woman’s chances of conceiving per decade are as follows:

Mid-20’s, you have a 20-25% chance of getting pregnant per cycle
Mid-30’s you have approximately 15% chance of getting pregnant per cycle
By 40, you have less than a 5% chance of getting pregnant per cycle
