Conservatives not buying IRS chief’s defense

The outgoing chief of the IRS faced his own audit today.

He got grilled over claims the IRS targeted conservative groups.

Steven Miller apologized for the way the IRS treated tax payers.

But he refused to admit the agency denied applications from conservative groups.

Republicans weren’t buying it.

Miller also denied lying to Congress about the scandal.
