Snacking gets a bad wrap, but not all treats are made equal.  Bahar Takhtehchian, Editor-at-Large at SHAPE magazine, stopped by with some delicious and healthful snacks you should add to your grocery list. And the best part is, as long as you’re careful about your portions, you don’t have to feel guilty about eating any of these items!

To stay healthy, make sure to watch your daily sodium intake, and munch on savory snacks that contain no more than 400mg of sodium.

BoomChickaPop Popcorn Sea Salt
Popcorn is a tasty and fun snack. This brand contains just three ingredients: popcorn, sunflower oil, and sea salt. The serving size is 4 cups, which equals 4 grams of fiber and only 140 calories.
