The owners of an apartment building in Brooklyn are being sued after being accused of denying housing to black people.

An advocacy group says it sent several undercover “testers” to the building on Ridge Boulevard in Bay Ridge.

The Fair Housing Justice Center says black testers were told there were no apartments available while white testers were immediately shown apartments.

One building owner insists he would never condone discriminatory policies.
