The two men allegedly planning an attack on passenger trains traveling between the U.S. and Canada maintain their innocence.

The suspects appeared in court Tuesday.

Their requests for bail were denied.

Authorities say the busted terror plot was supported by al Qaeda and Iran.

An attorney for one of the suspects says his client is wrongly accused.

The men are facing numerous charges including conspiracy to murder.
