An unwanted kiss on the subway was followed by a flurry of punches after a woman’s inappropriate advances were rebuffed on Wednesday, police said.

The strange attack happened around 8 p.m. when a 68-year-old woman boarded an uptown 6 train at the East 59th St./Lexington Ave. station.  She sat down and another woman in her mid 40s sat down next to her, put her hand on the first woman, then kissed her on the forehead.

The elder woman pushed her away, and the suspect became aggressive — grabbing the victim’s hair and punching her in the face and head.
