We’re all used to it by now, the heavy construction along 2nd Avenue. But what if there was a new shelf life put into place? One that prolonged the maintenance work even more… how about, 1,000 years more?
“It doesn’t end until April 3013?” One passerby reads.

We talked with the MTA and are told it was not put up by them. According to nearby construction workers it was posted by a contractor across the street, and has been ignored since.
Either way, construction won’t be ending any time soon.
