CONEY ISLAND, NEW YORK (PIX11)- Cops have captured the man they believe opened fire inside a Coney Island housing project.
They say he shot four people and killed one man.
Two of his victims are in critical condition.
On Friday afternoon just before 4 p.m. authorities say Joseph Brown opened fire inside an apartment in the Gravesend Houses Complex.
Three other people were in the apartment during the shooting, including a 10-year-old boy.

Police arrested Brown at a friend’s apartment around six Saturday morning.
He has been charged with one count of murder and three counts of attempted murder.
His victims include a 24-year-old man he shot in the head, a 62-year-old woman with a gunshot wound to her abs and a 40-year-old man with a bullet graze to the head.
So far a motive for the shooting is unknown.
