A bully turned Caylend Childs’ neck into a canvass for hate, sending the Illinois boy home on Monday with a hurtful three letter word written on his neck.
Caylend’s mom say he spent the entire school day with the homosexual slur on his neck.
It was the final blow during a day full of name calling that the 7th grader says stung like uppercuts.
Caylend hoped the bullying would stop there but it didn’t. His mom says there was incident that happened at the school a few weeks ago. He was using the bathroom when another student interrupted him. Leaving the 12-year-old soaked with urine.
The district says each incident was investigated and the students responsible were immediately disciplined according to district guidelines, which include possible suspensions. They also say he will be monitored moving forward to make sure the bullying stops.
