Billionaire and Microsoft co-founder Bill Gates thinks it’s “absolutely” time for the Boy Scouts of America to lift its ban on designating gay leaders and members.
During an installment of Politico’s new interview series, Playbook Cocktails, Gates candidly shared his opinion on the ongoing controversy behind the ban.
“It’s 2013,” Gates said, responding to exactly why he thinks the organization should drop its gay ban. His response sparked a thunderous applause, ABC news reported.
