On air and online we’ve kicked off “11 Days of Money” to help you get a handle on your finances. But first you’ve got to have money before you can manage it! Career Coach and Author of  “The You Plan” Dr. Woody stopped by with 5 ways to earn cash using your smartphone. They include:

Rawporter and Foap: These are essentially photo sharing marketplaces. A lot of news stations love that “man-on-the-street” first-person real time account of stories. This tool allows you make money selling photos for the news or as stock photography. Also, celebrity photos are big too. They claim iPhone photogs can get anywhere from $5 – $20K for a pic.

Endorse and ibotta: Most of us shop, so why not get money back from the groceries you buy. Simply check for offers, go shopping, take a photo of the receipt and get cash back or points towards charitable donations. What you are basically doing is getting a rebate for endorsing products on Facebook. They claim anywhere from 10% to 100% cash back.

Viggle and Jingit: For the couch potatoes out there will love this. Viggle is a loyalty program that rewards you for watching shows on your phone or PC. All you have to do is check-in and you earn points. Jingit is a similar concept, but it’s for watching ads and giving feedback.

Gigwalk:  You can earn money doing field work for companies such as evaluating service, checking prices, and doing interviews. It’s a way for companies to activate real boots- on-the-ground data gathering without a full-time workforce. Payouts are around 10 to 15 bucks a pop.

Parking Panda: So if you live near a prime location where people like to come to and may need short term parking (restaurant, theater venue, train) you can put it up for rent and manage it on your phone. Rates totally depend on time and area.
