A fire has left several families homeless in Yonkers.

The 4-alarm blaze broke out in a three-story building on Saratoga Avenue Monday.

It took firefighters more than 3 hours to get the flames under control. No injuries have been reported.

However, six families have lost their homes.

No word yet on how it started.

Neighbors say the building has had some electrical problems.
