NEW YORK (PIX11)– Victims of super storm Sandy are begging the banks to release the insurance money owed them.

It’s been 4 months and some people have been forced to dip into their life-savings to make ends meet.

Catherine hall, her husband bob and their 4-year-old son Nathan have been living in a hotel since November. This video she shot during sandy shows the damage that hit her home and neighborhood.

Wells Fargo, JP Morgan, Citibank and Bank of America claim they’ve already distributed more than 75% of insurance money.
