During the afternoon hours the city may mix with rain and then go back to snow. inland, the majority of this storm will be snow.

Winds will run as high as 35 mph, gusting to 60 mph. This means power outages are likely as well as beach erosion.

Here are the predicted snow accumulations, and these are preliminary amounts:

City : 3-6 inches if we mix

6-12″ all sections if we don’t mix

The heaviest snow will fall in the coastal sections Friday night. The heaviest snow inland will fall all day Friday afternoon and night.
