Have you ever had a bad experience at a restaurant then wrote a scathing review about it?
It’s a similar situation that happened to Brad Newman, the creator of “Reviewer Card.” On it, the simple sentence “I write reviews”.
Newman has openly said that if you are a frequent reviewer, all you need to do is pull out the card and immediately expect better service. But a lot of people are now asking… is the exploiting the review process?
One store owner said the restaurant review process is always, downright, stressful. This new invention could make it even more difficult which many are calling a passive-aggressive way to get A+ service.
The online reviews of the “reviewercard” aren’t too sweet either. One Tweet reads “I have seen some bad ideas, but this ranks among the absolute worst. It’s professional bullying.”
According to the card website, it is free to sign up for the service but cards are limited in availability.
