(CNN)- The Cordell kids of Massachusetts were determined to get a puppy. Their father made them a deal; he told them if they can get a million likes on a Facebook page supporting their need for a dog, then they can get one. A mere six hours after the site went up it exploded. People from all over the nation and world were on a“liking” frenzy. Their internet plea turned into a new family member. The Cordell’s adopted their new dog Millie from a no-kill animal shelter.
