There’s a new effort to get violent video games out of circulation in Connecticut.

One community group is planning a game buy-back program, offering gift certificates to family-friendly nights out in exchange for violent video games, CDs or DVDS.

They’re not saying the games are responsible for the attack at sandy hook elementary school , but they say the influence these games have in society can’t be denied.
